The full texts of all articles submitted for inclusion in the conference proceedings must be composed in one of the following languages: Azerbaijani, English or Russian. The texts must be submitted in electronic form and must adhere to the relevant example (template). Only articles pertaining to specific conference sections will be considered for inclusion.
For articles in Azerbaijani and Russian, a brief summary (abstract) of the article in English is required, accompanied by the title of the article and the surname, first name and patronymic of the author(s). Similarly, for articles in English, a brief summary (abstract) in Azerbaijani or Russian is necessary.
The author is accountable for the accuracy and integrity of the information presented in the article.
Submissions will be considered for publication following a plagiarism check.
Submissions are evaluated and selected based on the opinions provided by the Conference Scientific Committee and specialists from relevant sections.
It should be noted that articles submitted by authors whose reports were not heard within the framework of the conference, as well as materials that did not receive a positive conclusion from the programme committee or do not meet the requirements of the conference, will not be published in the collection.
It is not advised to resubmit the same article for consideration.
